My son hurt his knee,Is tetnus required?
My son (9 years) hurt his knee while skating on road. It was bleeding so I cleaned the wound with Salon, applied safromycin and bandaged. I have applied tel-haldi 3-4 times since yesterday and also gave him Comniflam to relieve pain. Do I need to get him tetnus injection?
