My son having loosemotion
From yesterday my so not able to digest food, whenever he is having anything he will vomit & frequently having loose motion. Kindly suggest any medicine

Most common cause of loose stools and vomiting in children is .
a viral gastroenteritis. So replace fluid losses ie each loose stool and vomit with WHO recomended ORS.
Can use 5ml emeset syp initially to control vomiting. The. Continue giving ORS, about 75ml for each loose stool or vomiting.
Keep watch on urine output and his intake vs his stool output. If any time his intake is not matching his output he may need to be admitted for rehydration with IV fluids.
Loose stools may take atleast 2.3 days to settle completely. As long as your aon is drinking enough ORS and he is not dehydrated you should be able to manage at home.
Continue normal diet.
Avoid juices, cold drinks.
