My skiny is cold
Hi, im scared a little bit because my skin is cold but the temperature is around 15 to 19, 5 AM i don't know what to do right now help me please.

Temperature is measured in Celsius normal is 37 degree Celsius or. Fahrenheit 98.6F . Now your temperature measurement. Is unclear. Kindly report accurately.
Do you have chills or did you have fever previously?
If no then probably due to low fluid intake. Drink plenty of warm water , hot milk, and wear warm clothes.
Do check your BP .
