My right testicle is swollen and paining
Hello,
My right testicle all of a sudden got swollen is just pains and i have applied a ice pack on it for 1 hour now and it just numbed the pain thats about it but the pain is like it hurts my inners lower back and also a little spine as well and because of pain i think i have fever on and off so do not know actual cause and actual remedy to resolve this as well and now its been like 1 day now can you please let me know what should i do? I have not masturbated as well like for 2 to 3 days now i don't know if that matters also i do not know if this is due to irregular sleeping pattern or something but just want your input on it. Thanks in advance

Please get an urgent urology consultation.
It looks like an infection but it can also be torsion of testis which needs emergency intervention.
