My penis doesn't get erected properly

Start tab neo (charak) 2-02 after food.... Tab sidha makardhwaj (Baidyanath) 1-0-1 at 8 am & 6 pm with honey..... Narsinha rasayan 1tsp 2 imes  at 8 am & 6 pm Do meditation  regularly....be happy. Reduce stress factor by this way ..follow diet..follow after 15 days..
