My palm skin is very dry.

My palm skin is very dry. I am facing this issue from last 2-3 years. I have to use lotion every time i wash hands. After that also it feels dry.

It could be due to contact with detergents or soaps . Use very mild cleansers for washing hands something like cetaphil cleansing lotion. Apply vaseline immediately after wash regularly.
