My ovulation day?
My period on dec 7/2017 and in January it was 4.we plan for baby right now so I stopped birth control pills on 9 January. We want our 1child baby Boy so we try to sex on my ovulation day which is 12-16 day of my period,I have a ovulation kit also,but suddenly on 14 January my period again come on less bleeding,which I can’t understand they are period or anything else but today 4th day of my period I’m clear. But now I’m confused which day I consider for my ovulation day -4jan or 14jan?

It can take 2-3 cycles for periods to normalise after stopping birth control. Probably you have not ovulated at all in this cycle. You may use LH kit to guide you. You cannot choose the gender of your child, it’s purely chance.
