Dear 'Changing Mindset', From what you have texted I understand that you are pretty confused about various decisions and have struggle prioritizing what you want above procrastination. I request you to journal each of your thoughts and issues and write down pros and cons for each decision you want to take. Leave it for a few hours or even till the next day if possible and write the pros and cons again and revisit all your journalled thoughts and then decide. This might give you little more clarity about which option to choose and help improve your  decision making. Try it and if it doesn't work then get help from a counseling psychologist. Your overthinking and over planning might be related to some things that might be blocking your decision making and therefore the above mentioned technique will help in channeling your thoughts and the process will give you clarity of where to head and how to move forward. If your decision is made, you will feel much better and further you can fix a timeline as to by when you want to reach your goals and this will reduce the procrastination and help you work towards goals in a better way. With Regards, Dr.Nisha James
