My kid Did not pass stool

Hello doctors , My 3 months old daughter did not poop since three days . She is passing urine but not pooping . And urine frequency is also very less i means two times in 24 hours . What to do ? What could be the problem ? She is breastfeed!baby. And feeding properly since two days but one day she did not take feed whole day . Please help doctors why she is not passing stool . What could be the problem ? Is any medicine required for that ? What to do pls help Thanks in advance
