My husband had stroke attack 2 years bak
Under medication not fully recovered . his right side was attacked he can move his hands and legs but not fully recovered

Recovery after stroke depends on many factors, like how soon help was sorted &I provided because it is a race against time to save the dying neurons. Though regeneration is the process by which a deficit is filled in the body parts, it's not possible on the brain to a large extent. But one amazing ability was detected in the brain to compensate for this deficit, it is called plasticity. Rehabilitation will help him a lot.
