My heartbeat are very fast

I recently had gone through a breakup. I love that girl but she left me. From that day I am feeling very afraid from inside, I can't eat properly nor I can't focus on anything else. My heartbeat are very fast sometime and minor pain in chest and my stomach feels very hard. Please help to me.
