I had a fat burner who has lots of caffiene and what happ is , when i start runing or while doing pee or after laterine , i had only two pills of ciplaar 40 mg when i feel my hertbeat fast , i started drinking lots of water and ors what should i do know

Hello. Very Good afternoon. I'm Dr.Yogesh Kr Sharma. You are doing a Very wrong practice for burning fat. Taking Ciplar 40 mg ( propranolol), it means 4 tablets, one tablet contains 10 mg of propranolol. You are playing with fire and you will end up lowering your heart beat to a critical level and sometimes hear seizes to contract. I just want to aware you that you should stop taking such fat burning preparations. If still after giving up you feel palpitation or restlessness, you should go for ECG and 2D Echocardiography.
