My Fever Is Not Going - I Had Fever, Sore Throat, Nausea, Body

My fever is not going

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I had fever, sore throat, nausea, body ache, weakness and little cough. I had told my illness to my near doc., And my blood test also had taken. My fever is since 28th March whenever I take medicine my fever does goes but after some hours it's come back. My doc. Suggest me to take ANTIFLU twice, PARACETAMOL 650 thrice a day. When I get fever back I normally feel cold even without fan. I had attached my blood test report. Please help me out.
