Hello there. Is he on any medications? I suggest you get himself checked out by a cardiologist in person so that his Medicines can be changed if required or dose adjustment can be done. Because his bp and cholesterol levels need to be in a good range. Don't ignore it further. Regards

Hello sir,, since your father has high blood pressure he may be having unstable angina (where there is transient decrease in blood supply to heart muscle) which causes pain and ECG is abnormal only when you take during attack, other wise it will be normal. Next time try to take ecg during chest pain. His cholesterol is also little high, ask him to avoid oily foods, fish is good for heart, and also need to be started on antihypertensive's if not started yet. Consider statin group of tablet during bed time to keep cholesterol in check. If ECG normal during attack tablets for gastritis to be considered and avoid spicy food.
