My fair skin got turned black

Hello Dr this is amair! 23 years old , my problem is i was very fair from my childhood , from last 2-3 years my skin color is turning dark especially my neck area i turned so black now , Can i know the reason? And Can you please suggest me how to get back my fair skin ?
