My daughter age 3 + year is having cold

Any problem in child, it's utmost important yo rule out any underlying major problem. Only after that treatment can be executed. This forum is not to prescribe medicine, but to guide the parents. You need to visit pediatrician. Meanwhile you may give steam inhalation to kid, with safety measures, and give plenty of fluids to keep baby hydrated
