My chest just started hurting me and I don't know why and I'm only 22 years old so I hip someone can help me

Why is your chest hurting.. if it is hurting after something hit you or after some fall then it can be muscular.. usually heart is normal at this age.. so relax.. if it hurts more on movements it is likely to be muscular and nothing to worry..
