My baby has diarrhea for more than 2 wee

My baby has diarrhea for more than 2 weeks when we checked with pediatrician 2 weeks before told to give z and d for 2 weeks , mahacef 2 times for 6 days and econorm sachet half for 4 times  after started medicine baby strated recovering well and still I am giving z and drops alone but felt again going watery loose motion on past two days for 4 to 5 times but baby is very active since loose motion started  and taking formula milk well as usually and passing urine regularly as unable to give breastfed, when I was checked doc said takes time for loose motion to get recover when baby is active nothing to bother, please suggest is this normal or do I need to concern about it as going watery loose motion for more than 4 times
