My AEC is 630 and I am getting red rash
Hi I am khaiser from karnataka.. from almost 15 days I was having some allergy like red rash so i went to dermatologist she gave me antihistamine tablets after I consumed tablet i felt some relief but still i felt rash on my skin here and there then again I went to doctor she told me to test my AEC so my AEC is 630 so what may be the problem I am going

You are probably suffering from what Dermatologist call urticaria. Common causes are food allergy, infection or drugs taken for some condition. It presents with itching resulting in formation of red rashes which we call hives or wheals. Although in most cases cause remains unknown in spite of a thorough search. It can be symptomatically treated with medicines so that you do not get any new hives. The treatment should be prolonged until it resolves which usually takes 1 to 6 months.
