My 3 months old baby have Jaundice
My 3 months 5 days old boy baby have jaundice... His total bilirubin is 7.1.His direct bilirubin is 0.5 and indirect bilirubin is 6.60. He urinate 10 times in 24 hours and he pass stool 2 times in a day his stool colour is yellow. His birth weight was 3kg and now he is 6 kg.
At the time of birth he had 13.0total bilirubin. His bilirubin level continue up an down From birth to till now. His maximum total bilirubin was 13.0and minimum total bilurubin was 6.0.
His blood group is O negative and mother's blood group is O positive. He has been given only mother's milk since birth. His g6pd is 18 and liver ultrasound is normal.
Does he need any more medication or treatments?? Please answer my question asap. Thanks

At time of birth bilirubin is 13..very high .. need to exchange transfusion if immediately after birth
