Atopic dermatitis is like a eczema in childhood which improves gradually with age. Try to use lukewarm while giving bath to him. Use any emollient after bath. Avoid precipitating factors like dust mite and allergy to any foods. Skin barrier creams shud be used to prevent recurrence frequently
