Musculer pain chronic
My Age 58, male, having left side body like upper back, legs, sholder and thy region pain and on squezing or streatching application of balm, get some comfore with gas release. Due to long term problem found muscle stiffness also. Need musculer pain expert, consulted orthopedic and general physician but not able to undetstand my problem. General diseases with me are hypertension 10 yrs, gerd 10yrs and pre diabetic Hb1ac 7.2 last 2 years. No need of ayurvedic etc medicines, pl suggest good allopathy doctor to solve my disease.

Hb1Ac reading of 7.2 is not pre-diabetis. It confirmed Diabetis. Consult a diabetologist or a senor physician.
