Body pain more in legs and back pain.

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Hi Doctor. I am having leg and back pain but it is not consistent means sometimes i feel pain in lower back sometime in upper back and same for left and right back pain. Recently i done with HLA B27 blood test and it is Positive. So please doctor help me on this, how I can get rid from pain.
