looks like uve spinal cord issues..
either ur nerves are getting compressed due to prolapse of vertebrae or due to inflammation d passage of cord hs narrowed...if its in d initial stages..physiothrerapy will help...depending on d severity u may require a surgery...consult a neurosurgeon or othopaedician.
