Hi,
My husband has started to do yoga regularly. He has been having muscle stiffness and pain almost everyday. Regular workout should reduce pain should he stop regular workout and do it intermittently? He is underweight. Vegetarian diet. His height is 5.8 and weight is 55. Please suggest if there could be any underlying condition? Or if any diet modifications are needed in order to increase muscle strength.
