15 days ago I went Bhopal that was the first day whn I feel pain in stomach whl day n vomit nxt day nd I feel lyk swalling on my bk and I feel that I'm suffering from fever but I chkd der was no fever again the same prob I feel cold smtm nd wrm smtm and I vomit today 2tyms nd my head is aching cntnsly nd sleeping conti

Hi   you will have to consult physician for  your multiple complaints ..... for valuation and management as its not possible to rule out any abnormality without examining ....
