Muscle improvement
I have been working out since 2years there is no considerable improvement in my physique for the efforts put in and I am a vegetarian plz suggest suitable solution/diet

Drink two spoon of wooden crush sesame oil daily in empty stomach. Eat chana or chickpea daily morning. Eat protein food more.
