Mupirocin ointment
I am 17 years old male I was using b muce (mupirocin )ointment for infection on my moustache it says that it works by blocking the protein synthesis that means new hairs does not grow anywhere? Please help me does new hairs grow back ?I want correct answer to that question

Greetings. Don't worry. It blocks protein synthesis by inhibiting enzymes of micro organisms and doesn't effect normal growth of human skin or hair in areas of application. So please apply it for infection as advised by your dermatologist. Warm regards, Dr Govind Suresh Mittal, Bengaluru.
