Multivitamin substitute
Hi Doc, I was prescribed Zelita 7 mg, once a day for increased triglycerides. This capsule seems difficult to procure. Any alternatives?

Zelita is a multivitamin pill so does not have any role in reducing triglycerides. If you want to take a multivitamin for general purposes take Tb. Supradyn.
Next Steps
If your cholesterol and triglycerides are high then you need to be on statins. But I can't tell you the specific brand name unless you send me your lab reports.
