Multiple cut in anus just like fissure

Please help me.My son got hard stool in January 2020 then dr. Prescribed polyethylene glycol and duphalac syrup.But still the motion is hard then after 2 month dr.add mom plus syrup(sodium picosulphate+ milk of magnesia+ liquid paraffin) then it becomes soft.Now motion is good but still my son got multiple cuts in anus please suggest is it some skin allergy,fungal or something else.we give 3 liter water and fiber diet .please help
