Mucus in throat
I always have mucus in my throat and nose remains blocked during the day and some time it goes to my lungs as well

Whitish mucus is always present in the throat. Repeated clearing will worsen the situation. The more u remove more the sensation of block. No it will not go into lungs, it is usually swallowed. Again further evaluation is required to rule out other possibilites.
