Mucus in stool and lower side hemoglobin
Respected Doctor, I am suffering from gas and indigestion from last two months.(some times feeling nausea) Also white mucus in stool. Brain fog and anxiety. Hemoglobin level 11.9(RBC count 4.31), WBC count 9800(Neutrophil 59℅,Lymphocytes 34℅, Eosinophils 4℅, Monocytes 3℅),RDW 16.3, Liver function test report (SGPT 28.2,SGOT 28,Bilirubin direct 0.12,Indirect 0.2),Alkaline phosphate 88), My hemoglobin level is decreasing. (In October 2021 it was 12.5), In 2020 August it was 15. BTW I have hypertension problem and for hypertension I am taking CTD T 6.25/40 in Morning and Met XL 25 at night.Also I have been taking Pan D capsule from last 1 year empty stomach in morning.
