Mucus and frequent poo
My bub is 2.5 months old and he is on formula milk . he Is having frequent poops like the attached since yesterday. And he has never pooped so.much before... I am super tensed. Please advise..
He is on formula milk , active, not crying and feeding OK.

All well fed babies will pass yellow stools with little pellets like or particles like. This is normal. Frequent passing of stools mixed with urine is also normal.
As long as baby is not irritable, feeding well and sleeping well and no blood in stools.

Did u start any other feed recently? was the formula feeds started recently??
