Mri safety
Hi 27f I was advised to get mri spine for my upper and lower back.iam very much worried about it's side effects bcz in past I have done many ct scans almost 3 head and 1 hrct unecessarily and 3 X-rays in this small age all were normal but due to fear I have done it so iam worried about f I can get mri done or not .what will be the process how much time does it take?as it is covid which mask should I prefer ?as metal or n95 mask shouldn't be used.also will they provide dress in this pandemic is it advisable to use that dress?can u plz answer all my queries...

Car scan and mri are different , ct scan has radiation and mri don’t have radiation risk N95 mask is preferred

if it was so necessary inv you can go for it...( back pain from very long duration not relieved with analgesics xray showing no changes but if still pain persists) it just take 10-15 min prefer double mask according to the centers sterility techniques choose the dress
