Have 3 teaspoons of Triphala Choornam added to a glass of luke warm water internally at bed time x 4 weeks. You will have moderately loose stools, but no continuous loose motion as part of its action. This is nothing to worry. It is also good for hair growth. After 4 weeks, if you feel improvement, you may consult me directly for further advices.
