Sir i have been taking Calpol Cepodexom Becozyme c Since last 5 days,yesterday i suffered from a problem of acidity,today my mouth is dehydrated very much What can i do,plz help as soon as possible

Take pan-d40mg one in the morning and one at night before food. 5days.take plenty of fluid.. 6-7glassed of water per day. Take meals on time. If no better consult me online.
