Motor Tics and clenching of fingers. OCD

Hello Doctor, I am aged 25 now have frequent motor tics which involve shoulder shrugging, jerking neck. I used to twitch eyes which i no longer do. Also, I rapidly clench my fingers of hand tight. When i clench fingers on right hand i have compulsions to clench my left hand just so to make a balance. I chew my right inner cheek and have compulsions to chew the left one. I also prefer walking over vitrified floor tiles in a pattern wherein I have compulsions to step right in the center of the tile. This has been happening to me from 9 years of age. I actually don't what it is that affects me. Some online source tell me it's Tourette Syndrome but I am not exactly sure. Please advice. Thanks Roshan Zameer
