Motiya bind- Lens
My father has motiya bind. So one opthalmologist suggest for operation And lens replacement. He is also diabetics so I have couple of concerns: 1. Is there any side effects of this operation because of diabetic? 2. What types of lens are good for him??

diabetes is not a contraindication for cataract operation .yes blood sugar must be under control  ie about 120.you can go for hydrophobic  acrylic lens.Indian is little  economic and imported one is bit expensive. cost may be between 10k to 5ok.

Hello A.  If sugar level is under control then chances of risk are negligible B.  You can choose hydrophobic acrylic lens
