Motion problem.
Hi Sir, I am facing issue with motions.. Everyday I have to go for motion atleast thrice from last 1month. I have a gastric problem and the main reason is I went to gym for 1 1/2 month bcs of that I had to increase my food, from that day I'm having issue with motion.. Even my digestion system is good I'm bot able to eat as I'm feeling motion sensation.. Could you please tell me what is the main reason for this n what I have to control

Hi.... Adding fiber to your diet increases the weight of your stool and speeds its passage through your intestines. Slowly begin to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables each day. Choose whole-grain breads and cereals..... Exercise most days of the week. Physical activity increases muscle activity in your intestines. Try to fit in exercise most days of the week... Don't ignore the urge to have a bowel movement. Take your time in the bathroom, allowing yourself enough time to have a bowel movement without distractions and without feeling rushed.....
