Care AI Shimmer
Likely functional constipation/IBS with gas; serious disease less likely if scans/tests normal. Increase water, fibre, walking. Try stool softener  at bedtime for 5–7 days, and antacid  before breakfast if acidity/bloating. Avoid excessive gym supplements, spicy food, and irregular meals.
Next Steps
If symptoms persist >2–3 weeks, blood in stool, weight loss, fever, anemia, or severe pain occurs, consult a doctor for CBC, thyroid, sugar tests, and possible colon evaluation.
Health Tips
Daily fixed toilet timing after breakfast plus 20–25 g fibre and curd/buttermilk often improves bowel rhythm naturally.
