Hello. Very Good evening. I'm Dr.Yogesh Kr Sharma. blood comes in stool for various reasons. In india the most common cause for this condition is Amoebic dysentry. But May be in your case there is another scenario because most probably you are Drinking RO water. I think as per your history you are suffering from Acute Colitis. I advice you to seek a opinion from a Gastroenterologist or seek atleast a General Physician. Take care and have a hasty recovery. Bye.
