Mother's diet influence on Colic baby
Hi , My baby boy is 1.5 months old and is extremely colic. Does not calm down even after 3 doses of colic aid. Is on exclusive breastfeeding. Just wanted to check: *What diet should mother avoid to control symptoms of baby's colic ( should she stop taking hot tea or Iron supplements?) * When will the baby be alright with subsided colic symptoms, like in how many months? Thanks

You could start taking saunf water . Saunf is a natural carminative and through the breast milk will help the baby in eructating gas . For baby : 1 do adequate burping 2 Make him lie in a right lateral position after feed 3 Tummy down 2 to 3 times a day with a gentle massage on his back from top to bottom .

Try avoiding fish , egg , nuts which usually contain some allergen proteins. Practice tummy time - breast feeding - burping. Usually it decreases by 6 months
