I m 17 BT my weight is 77
I do  daily exercise BT no use.
I decreased my food BT I increased more

sometimes it might be familial...
kindly consut a dietician for a diet plan and go for regular follow up.. am sure it l work out...engage yourself in activities like cycling swimming,basketball, throw ball,badminton etc
