Hi Male have the tendency to put on excess weight around tummy & waist. Avoid rich, fried & fatty foods Eat food with more fibre Do regular physical exercise. Brisk walking will help you. Do abdomen exercises. Instead of eating 2 full meals, break the same into 4 smaller meals
