Month long periods and breast pain

I have been getting very irregular periods for the past 2 months .Also very strong breast pain after the periods.

There are multiple reasons of irregular menses. You should evaluate the reason by doing ft3 ft4 TSH Prolactin fasting CBC ultrasound pelvis. Revert back with result. Consult your doctor and get breast examination done. You can apply lukewarm sesame oil and take hot water bag or u can take moist heat by warm towel for breast pain.
