MRI- there is evidence of intraaxial moderate mid sized mixed intense lesion showing intermediate low signal intensity in T1 and immediate high signal intensity in T2 with cystic and haemorrhagic area seen in right temporal and fronto parietal rgn lession measures -5.3cm (CC)x 5.1cm(AP)x 4.7cm(width) pls. advise on post surgery complications

Complications about 2%. Varies from surgeon to surgeon. Common complication - Bleeding, infection, brain fluid leakage. Other complications like stroke, speech problem, etc depending upon proximity of tumor to eloquent (important functions) brain areas.
