Mom diagnosed with plural effusion TB
My mother is 50 years old. She had reported chest pain for which chest X ray and ECG was done. It had plural effusion. Tested this and found out that she has Micobacterium Tuberculosis. Her left part of body is paining. She has lost 5 kgs now. Also she had started medication since yesterday which as per nurse could be continued for 3, 6 or 9 months depending on cure. CBC blood report to be done may be tomorrow or day after tomorrow. Any guidance you could provide regarding this.
