  4. Mole like thing. Any suggestions. ?

Mole like thing
I have a circumcised penis...just below the head there is a outgrowth of skin creating a bulge which m unable to understand...it does not pain...it has grown since the last 2 years...feels like there is a solidified black thing which i can feel when touched and is visible...it can be removed...was just getting worried about it...i do not engage in sex with multiple females n neither visit prostitutes...any suggestions...???
