Mistake in intake of meds pregnancy

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Hi doc Am in a regular treatment to get pregnant. My routine for past 5 months on and off meds are Folivite, Glycomet, cyphene from the 2nd day of cycle and progynova from the 8th day of cycle. Since I have to take an HSG TEST My doc asked me not to take the cyphene that I normally take on the second day. I made a mistake of taking Progynova on the second day... My periods are turning out to be heavy. Is it a major concern. Should I be concerned..
