Asked for Female, 25 Years

Hello doctor I had my last cycle on 15 June to 19 June and then I had intercourse on 23 and I had unwanted 72 tablet on 25 but the intercourse was fully protected. I didn't had any period cramps after pill in a week. Then I had intercourse on 19 July that was also completely protected but I hadn't took the pill ... And I missed my periods in July and till today I didn't had any periods but yesterday I checked with prega news and it showed me positive sign. Could you suggest me what should I do now I just don't want tht anyone should know about this so can I visit alone for medical check and how much time will it take to abort this.. please reply me as soon as possible...
